About the AITD Excellence Awards

Since 2001 AITD's Excellence Awards have recognised outstanding achievement in learning and development and in organisational development.

In 2013, AITD for the first time offered a new category of Award, for the Learning and Development Professional of the Year. This Award recognises individual achievement with a particular focus on consistently high quality leadership and the sharing of skills and knowledge.
