AITD - Over 40 years experience in supporting the learning and development community

Participate in research about L&D careers

Contribute to our knowledge about why people work in L&D, Training, HRD and Change Management

Released: 1 September 2016

Do you work in Training, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Coaching or Consultancy? Do you enjoy it? Do you feel you’ve found your niche?

AITD is partnering with QUT researcher Dr Claire Gardiner to explore why people enjoy this field and identify with it, across the entire range of Human Resource Development (HRD), Learning and Development, Training, Coaching, Change Management, and related consultancy fields.

We want to hear from you whether you are employed by an RTO, are an organisational internal consultant for a corporate, government or non-profit, work for a consultancy firm or have your own consultancy delivering expertise in these areas. All levels of experience, position and age in the field are welcome!

Little research has been done into our field so we’d love to hear from you. Add your input about what makes you feel committed to your work and how that influences your career decision-making.

For more information please view the attached QUT Occupational Commitment Study Information for Prospective Participants.
