CEO Elizabeth Robinson is leaving AITD
In May 2017 Elizabeth is leaving AITD to pursue a new opportunity.

The Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Elizabeth Robinson, will be leaving the association after four and a half years. Elizabeth has resigned to take up a new opportunity.
“It has been a privilege to have served as CEO of AITD during such an exciting time in learning and development. Over the past few years the profession has evolved and our association has transformed to meet the diverse needs of our members.” Elizabeth said.
Elizabeth thanked the Board, Councils, Staff and Members for their support. She said “AITD has formed many strong and lasting relationships that will extend into the future as AITD continues to grow.”
Michael Werle, AITD’s National President, said “Elizabeth has been instrumental in repositioning AITD as a contemporary association for learning and organisational development professionals which delivers a career focussed membership pathway, comprehensive professional development program, digital badges, and coveted Excellence Awards. The Board thanks Elizabeth and wishes her all the best for her future.”
Elizabeth will leave AITD on 12 May 2017, at the end of the AITD2017 National Conference.
AITD is currently in the process of recruiting a new CEO.
