AITD's Membership Pathway
Membership for each stage of your career.
Released: 1 July 2015
In July 2015 AITD launched a new Membership Pathway to provide a range of membership options to meet the needs of professionals at each stage of their career.
Starting with students and graduates as they commence their careers, membership provides an important affiliation to the profession, access to resources and crucial networking.
Professional Member (MAITD) is the status for professionals working in learning and development, organisational development, and related roles. Professional membership is essential for those wanting to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and industry news.
Associate Fellow (AFAITD) and Fellow (FAITD) are the highest tiers in the membership pathway, reserved for those professionals who can demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience and have made a significant contribution to the profession.
What are the benefits of membership?
AITD provides a range of member benefits including: access to information and resources; free or discounted professional development opportunities; recognition for your skills and experience; discounts through AITD's partners; affiliation with the leading association for professionals in this field. Plus, your membership fees are tax deductible.

AITD has a membership type for you! AITD membership can assist you at all stages in your career in training, learning and development, with a membership type to suit your circumstances.
