Cristina Schwenke, FAITD

Cristina is currently a Co-Principal with IPM Solutions and provides CEO services to the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors.

She has extensive experience in education and training, organisational development, governance, change and event management both nationally and internationally. Cristina has taught at the University of Technology, Sydney and Monash University and has developed and delivered training in the TAFE, RTO, NFP and commercial sectors for over 25 years.

Cristina has served on a number of councils, boards, commissions, committees and government instrumentalities, including the NSW Premiers Council for Women; WA Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission; Indian Ocean and Aboriginal Arts Festivals, COMMACT -  the Commonwealth Association for Local Action and Economic Development, Streetwise Communications and Standards Australia - Coaching Guidelines Committee. 

Cristina joined AITD in 2005. She served as President of the NSW Divisional Council in 2009-2010 before joining the AITD Board as Director from November 2010 - November 2015. 

Her qualifications include: Master of Education; Bachelor of Education; Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40110); Advanced Diploma in Management; and Diploma in Quality Auditing.
