Her varied experience across all industries has enabled Janet to accumulate extensive knowledge and the practical understanding of how people interact and communicate at work. Janet's curiosity about misunderstandings between different groups of professionals in her workplace led to a postgraduate diploma in communication in professions and organisations.
Learning how linguistics is used to improve practice, Janet undertook a PhD which focused on the professional socialisation of managers in a Global 500 company. Janet is now using her research findings to help managers achieve their work-related goals by communicating more effectively.
