Graham Blaxell, AFAITD NSW

Graham is currently Senior Learning and Development Consultant for Uniting.
His career in education started in the 1980s when he worked in primary schools in rural and remote communities throughout NSW. He spent 15 years as a school Principal, across some of the NSW most disadvantaged areas, where he was able to develop and implement significant programs to support Aboriginal students including Aboriginal Preschools and Homework Centres. Graham then shifted to Adult Education when he began working in Learning and Development in the not-for-profit sector.
Graham has a passion for equity and improving the quality of life for those in our community who are the most vulnerable, through effective, lifelong learning. He has developed and implemented large scale learning projects including leadership programs, staff onboarding and mentoring programs
His qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education. Graham is currently studying for a Masters of Training and Development.
