About Liz Quinn
Liz Quinn is the Group Manager of the Strategic Centre for Leadership, Learning and Development in the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC).
She joined the Commission in 2011 and was the Group Manager for the former Professional Development and Diversity Services Group (PDDS). She has been in the Group Manager, Strategic Centre role since March 2013 when PDDS and the Strategic Centre Groups merged.
Liz is responsible for the delivery outcomes of the Strategic Centre including the APS leadership and core skills strategy, and the development and implementation of APS-wide talent, leadership and core skills programs.
Prior to joining the APSC, Liz held a range of positions inside and outside the APS in education, training and human resource management, including leading recruitment, workplace relations and learning and development functions in the Department of Immigration. Liz has a BA and post graduate qualifications in education and organisational learning.
