Nino Cipriani is the Learning Manager, People & Culture with the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV).

Nino began his career in learning and development in 1997 when he took on the role of coach and mentor when on boarding new staff at his workplace. He then undertook relevant qualifications which provided the opportunity to develop and deliver training programs. He now manages the end to end L&D function across the organisation with the help his talented team of learning professionals.

For the past ten years Nino has delivered a range of strategic L&D and business improvement initiatives to meet the needs of a business in a geographically dispersed, culturally diverse and multi-disciplined environment. He has developed and implemented frameworks to build organisation capability, championed elearning platforms and technologies.

Nino has been actively involved with the profession including serving on the AITD Vic/Tas Divisional Council, participating as a career mentor with AMES Australia and the University of Melbourne, and working with the local CALD community to educate children on road safety.

Nino’s qualifications include a Master of Enterprise (Executive) and a Graduate Diploma of Management.
