Rex Kinder, FAITD
Rex Kinder is a geographer and institutional reform specialist in development assistance.
He has lead programmes and teams and advised in institutional development, governance, capacity building, HRD&M, evaluation and learning.
Rex has a PhD in Occupational and Spatial Analysis and Curriculum Design, Masters (Hons) in Lifelong Learning and Evaluation, BLitt in Social Geography and Development, Bachelor in Human and Applied Physical Geography and Economics, and teaching and training certification.
He has worked in developing and transitional countries with budgets of up to $100 million for: ILO, EU, UNOPS, IFAD, UNDP, UNDG, OECF, FINIDA, AusAID-DFAT,
WB, ADB, DFID and NZAID in peace, conflict and post conflict. Rex received a World Bank Group Award for Excellence in the Thailand Land Titling Project.
Rex joined AITD in 1992.
