Ross Yates, FAITD WA
First and foremost an experienced educator and project management practitioner, Ross is also a postgraduate university lecturer and unit coordinator, with a life-long passion for learning.
He views education as a personal, empowering and inspirational experience and through his teaching, he provides guidance and leadership, whilst inspiring others to achieve their desired educational objectives.
Ross’ project and program management experience is underpinned by extensive industry experience in the education, health care, not-for-profit and mining sectors which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching practices.
Ross has held a number of academic and professional roles at Edith Cowan University, Curtin University, the University of Western Australia and Murdoch University and concurrently delivers nationally accredited workplace training and public course offerings. He is a prolific writer on educational and project management topics, which he presents at conferences and in journals and forums across Australia and overseas.
He holds a PhD and a Master of Internet Studies from Curtin University, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from ECU, as well as a Graduate Certificate
