About Sean O'Toole

Sean is a Churchill Fellow and a 2015 Fulbright professional scholar.

He has undertaken complex educational research projects on Indigenous education internationally.

He has led the learning function in three large government organisations, managing the development of a range of industry leading and award winning capability building initiatives for individuals, teams and organisations.

Sean is the author of five books and more than 50 articles on L&D. He has Masters degrees in Education and Australian Studies, and has studied organisational behaviour at Harvard University and Indigenous knowledges at Charles Darwin University.

His focus is on building the capability of Aboriginal people and the cultural capability and inclusiveness of organisations who want to invest in their Aboriginal employees and stakeholders.
