Sue Powell is the Director of Mindful Leadership.
She is a highly qualified and outcomes focused professional executive coach, facilitator and organisational development consultant.
Sue’s career spans over 30 years where she has consulted to private, public and not for profit organisations to achieve their corporate objectives. Her deep and broad leadership and management experience in the areas of HR, people and culture assures clients who require the end-to-end execution of strategies and frameworks.
She specialises in coaching individuals and groups; organisational culture change and engagement benchmarking; leadership and talent development; capability frameworks; learning & development; performance management and building high performing teams.
Sue’s qualifications,interpersonal skills and experience in contemporary organisational development approaches and practices, positions her to work effectively with Executives, Senior Managers and Team Leadersin single and multiple work sites across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Her formal qualifications include a Master of Education,Adult Education & Training (UTS); Post graduate studies in Industrial Education & Training
(RMIT) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Politics (Swinburne). Sue is accredited in a suite of diagnostic and assessment tools, diagnostics
and assessment licenses and actively deploys them to maximise awareness and performance potential.
