Susan Raphael is a problem solver who helps people develop and enhance skills, peace of mind and safety in a fun way with proven tailored solutions.
She bring extensive experience in management, training, facilitation, program and organisational development, writing and cultural competence. Living and working in South Korea and previously in Singapore and Tasmania has provided Susan with an additional appreciation of the cultural challenges of readjustment and transition.
Susan helps individuals, teams, organisations and communities with sustainable strategies related to all aspects of people and relationships in workspaces. Her expertise includes leading and implementing training, facilitation, planning and review processes within the not for profit, government and private sectors. She enjoys working with people and helping them to see things differently and to making their lives easier, more harmonious, productive and fulfilling.
Having accumulated skills and knowledge from over 20 years practice in management, education, health, community and human services, Susan contributes in ways that add value, open space in safe environments and bolster productivity.
She has a Master’s degree specialising in organisational development and also hold an International Diploma in Narrative Practice.
