Summary

This workshop will explore how the customer and employee experience are intrinsically linked and will help you create an end-to-end service blueprint for your organisation.

Increasingly, organisations are using human-centred design to improve the customer journey and provide exceptional experiences. This process embeds competitive advantage, creates loyal customers, and ultimately strengthens the bottom line.
