Profile details

Responsible for the planning, delivery, tracking and recording of learning development within Global Development. This includes partnering with the centralised Learning & Development (L&D) team to provide transformational development opportunities as well as managing all transactional training to uplift IT/technical skills. Key responsibilities are to: • Partner with the Leadership Team, other people managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including competency leads, to identify and analyze group development and learning needs • Develop, administer and design training plans to deliver solutions that address system knowledge gaps, technical skills gaps and personal development priorities • Work with SME’s, evaluate and select external programs and learning resources. Includes license management for eLearning providers. • Work with the Technical Writing team to create and publish training documentation, including e-learning modules • Deliver training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. This involves coaching SMEs to assist them in training delivery • Manage and maintain training records and reporting • Manage the Learning Management System on behalf of Global Development
