Understand the Role of Instructional Designers

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various roles within instructional design and their significance in enhancing organisational performance.

Explore the ADDIE Framework

Learn the ADDIE model—Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate—a structured approach to creating instructional materials.

Develop Engaging Learning Content

Master the principles of effective content creation, including content structuring, cognitive load management, and strategies for memory retention.

Implement Instructional Design Theories

Apply instructional design theories such as Gagné’s Nine Events and Cognitive Load Theory to improve the effectiveness of learning experiences.
