Andrew Anderson
Andrew Anderson is an experienced leader in learning and leadership development, with a career spanning over 20 years across diverse industries. As the Director of Organisational Development at Metro South Health, he designs and delivers impactful programs to enhance workforce capability and drive organisational success. With expertise in culture, performance, and change management, Andrew is passionate about equipping organisations to meet future challenges.
Anneline Kinnear
Anneline Kinnear is the General Manager of Organisational Development and Learning at Wesley Mission Queensland, where she drives innovative talent, leadership, and development strategies. With extensive experience in organisational psychology, neuroscience, and cultural transformation, Anneline empowers teams to achieve high performance and alignment. She was also a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience.
Kate Toland
Kate Toland is the Manager of Learning, Capability, and Business Improvement at Virgin Australia, bringing over a decade of expertise in leadership development, change management, and capability building. With a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Kate is committed to crafting strategies that enhance organisational growth and customer experience. Her background spans tourism and professional services, where she has consistently delivered transformative learning solutions.
Matt Kershaw
Matt Kershaw is the General Manager of Learning, Organisational Development, Talent and Culture at Auto & General Insurance where he leads transformative initiatives to build leadership capability, drive high performance and foster a thriving culture across the organisation. Prior to his current role, Matt was the Global Head of Talent & Capability for Domino's Pizza Enterprises, and served as the CEO of yLead - delivering impactful learning experiences to over 30,000 young people per year. Matt is driven by the passion to ignite that spark within individuals and teams to realise their potential and supercharge performance.
