About Me
Yvonne Collier CSP CVP (formerly Yvonne Gregory), The Assertive Skills Expert, is an international trainer, facilitator, speaker, coach and Director of Maddison Training, her own successful people skills / assertive skills training company which she’s run for the past twenty five years.
She delivers the ‘soft skills’ to provide the ‘hard core’ of your business success, through experiential workshops and interactive keynotes in small, medium and large organisations. People learn to communicate more successfully.
Clients have engaged Yvonne at over 2,000 of their events in over 8 countries.
She is the author of LAFFe to Success: A Practical Guide to Getting Along with Others. Her background is in education, advertising, sales, management, radio presenter and Master Practitioner of NLP.

Her corporate in-house training includes: 'Influence & Persuasion', Negotiation Masterclass, Negotiating for Women, Clear Meeting Communication, 'Good Workplace Behaviour: Zero Bullying' and she teaches 3 Assertive Skills courses with Sydney University Centre for Continuing Education, (since 1997).
Yvonne facilitates and teaches others to run effective meetings. A 'better way to meet' with 'Open Space', 'World cafe' and uses technology to help you save time, money and resources with productive meetings. She is an Accredited Facilitator of Peace Circles.
