A highly motivated and results oriented leader with a successful record of achievement in significant business improvement, organisational development, cultural change and innovation. A demonstrated capacity to build organisational and people capability across complex and diverse organisations. This has been delivered through the development and execution of strategic approaches to support the achievement of business priorities and imperatives.
A strong leader with a history of building effective teams and working cross culturally as part of an Asia Pacific and a global team. Unique experience and extensive capability in understanding and responding to the opportunities presented to organisations. Working as part of a global team has enabled the development a collaborative coaching culture which focuses on optimising outcomes for individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.
Coming from a commercial background and having spent 10 years as a corporate transformation consultant, prior to my organisational development roles, has given a deep level of experience in both facilitation and negotiation. This coupled with an ability to fully understand the commercial realities and challenges faced by organisations has enabled successful engagement with business stakeholders to gain endorsement for proposed strategies and execution plans
My passion is supporting business growth through assisting organisations and individuals to develop and grow in a manner which is aligned to the culture and strategic intent of the business.
