I am an experienced Learning and Development Specialist, who is dedicated to partnering with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning solutions. My ability to implement a robust project management framework, while maintaining a learner centric focus is key to my success. In addition, my practical application of best practice learning methodologies ensures I deliver effective outcomes. I have a diverse range of experience applying my profession in contexts such as education, health, private business, not-for-profit and the Australian Defence Force.
Skills
My key skill is my ability to develop an L&D strategic plan that aligns to the organisation's objectives for both industry and internal people. In addition, I have the technical and change management skills to lead and implement L&D projects. I have strong focus on digital learning, however strongly believe in blended delivery and social learning.
