Bringing out the best in people is a key focus that Cheryl Martin has had during her 30 years experience in the Human Service & Small Business sector as a practitioner, educator, manager, government employee and Small Business Owner. Believing that employees need to be equipped with effective workplace communication skills in order to be their best, Cheryl draws on her qualifications and extensive experience to deliver practical “Workplace Communication Training & Teambuilding Workshops”. Effective workplace communication is pivotal for improved productivity, staff morale, business reputation, customer service and ultimately the profitability and success of a business/workplace. Given the huge cost of staffing within a business/organisation, staff can be both one of the greatest assets or greatest liabilities. Cheryl can work with staff and help turn them into an asset by equipping them to be the best communicators and team members they can be!
