About Me
Jodie Cole is an experienced and enthusiastic learning and development professional with extensive coaching, training, mentoring and motivational skills, with a proven ability to empower others, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Jodie Cole Coaching focuses on ‘Business Renovation’ whereby she enters an existing business to ‘renovate/refresh’ it from the perspective of the current business owner’s either wanting to reinvigorate the business and staff or to renovate to ‘sell/delegate’ to look at moving on from their business into ‘life’ and what that may look like for them.
Jodie does this by strategically determining what is the best process for each individual business, then moving into developing and implementing bespoke training in a wide range of subjects, culminating in what is needed along the lines of Coaching and Mentoring of management and staff.
All in all the Business comes out better ( renovated/refreshed) than it begun.
Jodie holds qualifications in Training & Assessment, MAIPD, Leadership & Management, Government Investigations, Security & Risk Management, Work Health & Safety, Children’s Services, and Community Services. She is an Internationally Accredited Professional Master Coach, NLP – Meta Dynamics Coach, Persolog DISC Personality Factor model Trainer, and Belbin Teams Trainer.
Jodie worked within State Government departments for 33 years, 15 of those in Training & Development, Coaching, leadership, and curriculum development. She has run her own Business Jodie Cole Coaching for nearly 10 years and has helped many others start up and run their own in this time.
Jodie is also a Mentor & Facilitator for the South Australian Business SA Chamber of Commerce where she has mentored and trained many young entrepreneurs and existing business owners to achieve success. This culminated in her being named the Business SA SAYES Program 2021 ‘Mentor of the Year’.”
Jodie also has personal coaching clients in numerous countries including the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada.
