Presenters:

Ian Chapman: Managing Director VMP and VMP eLearning

Ian established VMP in 1996 to create better communication through innovative corporate promotional productions and training videos which led to establishing VMP eLearning. Their strong team of writers, producers, education experts, developers, film crew, animators and post-production specialists all focus on creating clear and effective communication to engage the target audience. VMP and VMP eLearning have helped thousands of clients achieve great results with their successful video and eLearning productions.

Ethan Scott: Senior Instructional Designer (Virtual Reality) Nexefy

Ethan brings over a decade of experience as an Instructional Designer, specialising in virtual reality, e-learning, and blended training solutions. He’s crafted training programs for heavy industries and rail corporations across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. His work leverages the latest research to create modern, effective training solutions grounded in science.

At Nexefy (AITD Award Winners, 2023), Ethan helps organisations harness emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital training twins, and immersive tech to empower their workforce and ensure safety.

Amy Martin: Learning Technologies Adoption Lead Queensland University of Technology (QUT)

Amy has over 20 years’ experience in technology support and adoption projects. Over 10 of those years’ have been in the training and learning space with the focus on technology enhanced learning.  

As Learning Tech Adoption Lead within the Learning and Teaching Unit, her role is key in realising QUT’s Real World Learning Vision and enabling future-focused learning and teaching initiatives. She works closely with stakeholders to maximise the adoption and functional use of learning and teaching technologies in the planning and delivery of engaging experiences for students and in academic administration.
