Chantelle is a facilitator, educator, and change catalyst with over 15 years of experience in leadership development across the non-profit, corporate, government, and education sectors. Passionate about fostering the human skills needed to create positive societal change, Chantelle has designed and led training programs internationally, including in Australia, Canada, China, the USA, and Brazil.
As the Founder and Director of The Change Collab, she is dedicated to building the mindsets, knowledge, and skills required to create environments where all can thrive. Her mission is to help others develop their capability to make a positive impact at home, at work, and in wider society.
Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Queensland, and a Master’s in International and Community Development from Deakin University.
