Embedding Learning into BAU

Cathy Sanders | Senior HR & Training Advisor, Acciona

Learning and development opportunities are not like finding Wally. Learning and Development opportunities are like wearing 3D glasses and watching everything come to life.

In a world where change is inevitable and standing still is actually going backwards, it is more important than ever that learning is a part of our everyday functions. We don’t leave our lives behind to study, we bring our lives with us and what we learn along the way becomes a part of our story. We need to stop bolting on training and start embedding development opportunities into our everyday functions.
