In this session, I will share the Passion and Purpose model on connection. It was designed to transform our performance in situations that tend to disempower us; preventing us from achieving our aspirations. For so many years, I had felt like a victim of such situations. Once I could understand what was happening, I was able to articulate and implement a set of practises that have transformed my confidence and, with it, my career. I want to take a personal and practical approach to connection by giving you tools that you could implement in your own practise; enabling your ‘voice’ to be heard as it is meant to be.
