Anneli is on a mission to humanize the leadership landscape and change the way we see with each other.
In 2021, Anneli won the prestigious award for Learning and Development Professional of the Year, from the Australian Institute of Training and Development, as well as the Gold Stevie Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year. She is the author of several books on shifting human behaviour, including her latest release: The Gender Penalty: Turning obstacles into opportunities for women at work. She is a sought-after speaker, mentor and communication expert who helps her clients improve their influence, engagement and impact. She delivers behaviour change programs to build communication capability, from critical conversations to coaching conversations and is also known for her award-winning, flagship program, Women@Work.
She’s a skilled parallel parker, an avid salsa dancer, and loves any meal cooked by someone else!
Michelle Ockers
Michelle is the founder of Learning Uncut. She works with leaders who want learning to make a bigger impact in their organisation. Her core expertise is organisational learning strategy, capability uplift for learning teams, and continuous learning skills and practices.
She has worked with organisations in a range of industries including defence, public sector, higher education, aviation, manufacturing and financial services. Michelle was awarded the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s 2019 L&D Professional of the Year.
She also received the 2019 Jay Cross Memorial Award for outstanding contribution to the field of informal learning. Michelle hosts the Learning Uncut podcast.
