About Kath

Kath Hume has been consulting to Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Not-for-profit and other industries for over 20 years. She is the Director of Workforce Transformations Australia and is passionate about creating brighter futures by empowering humans to learn continuously and perform to their potential.

She holds a Master of Adult Education, Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) and has experience educating humans at all states of their lives. This has enabled her to successfully support organisations to build innovative workforce strategies that align the organisational and individual priorities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Most recently, Kath’s been heading collaboration projects to drive meaningful change within both NSW Health and NSW Department of Education.
