If you have registered for AITD 2022, an email was sent to you from conference@aitd.com.au on Monday, 4 April containing the link to login.
If you have not received this, please contact the AITD team.
How to log in
Open the link that has been sent to you and enter the email address you used at registration. This will be the same email address your login link has been sent to.
You will then be prompted to create a password. This will be used each time you access the platform.
We recommend logging in before Wednesday morning to make sure you can access the platform without any issues.
Technical info & troubleshooting
The most likely culprit is a typo in your email address - either at registration or when you're trying to log in. Double-check the address you have entered and if that doesn't work, contact conference@aitd.com.au to confirm the email address you have registered with.
The AITD 2022 conference platform can be launched from a browser on any device (i.e. laptop, mobile, tablet).
For best results using the platform, we recommend opening the platform in one of the following internet browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
Please note the networking room has different browser requirements. If you would like to use the networking room, your browser must support WebGL. Browsers supported by the WebGLRenderer are:
• Firefox 15+,
• Chrome 11+,
• Opera 19+
If you find that you still have trouble after checking the above then please check here to see if your browser settings are also compatible. Note: Safari is not currently supported for the networking room feature.
This means you won't miss a notification asking whether you want to resize your video into a smaller window. This allows you to keep viewing and listening while engaging with other functionality, such as asking questions in Q&A or connecting with fellow participants.
