Presenters:
Liana Reinhardt - Chief People & Strategy Officer, Credit Union SA
Liana has extensive experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development Roles including working in not-for-profit, retail and fast-moving consumer goods.
With a passion for people, wellbeing and inclusion, Liana holds a Graduate Certificate Professional Education and Training, Diploma of Management, Diploma Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and is an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.
Additionally, she is a Fellow Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), currently serving as State President for South Australia.
In 2023, she became a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors course and was appointed as a Non-Executive Director for Kudos, a not-for-profit, employee-controlled mutual supporting children, young people and adults living with a disability as well as their families.
Martyn Campbell - Managing Director, Martyn Campbell Consulting
Martyn is an experienced senior executive working across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region with 30 years’ experience specialising in; Work, Health & Safety training, Human & Organisational Performance.
Martyn is the inaugural Chair of the Australian National Psychosocial Safety Network, championing workplace psychosocial safety for all workers and workplaces.
He is the former CEO of SafeWork SA, has held senior leadership roles in Australian and offshore mining companies and is a regular speaker at safety conferences, including the 2023 23rd World Congress on Safety & Health.
Additionally, he was the South Australian Board Member for Safe Work Australia, Deputy Chair of the University of South Australia’s Centre for Workplace Excellence and Chair of the Heads of Workplace Safety Authorities.
