From her early days at the Australian Defence Force Academy to her current role as a Specialist at the award-winning Rio Tinto Leadership Academy, Vicky has honed her skills in leadership development, training, and design.

As a Chair of various working groups and committees, Vicky has played a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and qualifications, particularly in the areas of automation and digital transformation within the rail sector

Merinda Smith

Merinda is a passionate and dedicated transformative business coach, specializing in helping teams unleash their true leadership potential and creating confident leaders.

With over 30 years of experience as a business owner and senior manager, Merinda brings a wealth of practical knowledge and insights to her coaching practice. She understands the unique struggles faced by small business owners and is committed to guiding them towards success.

Merinda is also an experienced Registered Training Organisation (RTO) mentor and author. Her deep knowledge of setting up RTOs provides invaluable insights and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs in the education sector.
