Intercultural Learning & Development
Your AITD SA Divisional Council invites you to our first event for ‘Spring 2023’: an in-person World Café style event at the Duke of Brunswick Hotel in Adelaide City.
As Learning & Development professionals, it’s imperative that we maintain effective connections with our organisations and ALL of our people. This is essential when considering the vast array of cultures present within all Australian workplaces, educational facilities, and communities. One thing is for certain: this cultural ‘mix’ will continue to function side by side from now into the future, but… to varying degrees. We are ALL part of this cultural ‘mix’ and we ALL contribute to its outcomes.
Intercultural Learning & Development provides us with the competence to understand and act appropriately and effectively in various cultural contexts. During this event, we’ll consider, discuss and share how cultural similarities and differences have affected us, and how we can ALL better understand and transfer Intercultural Learning and Development across our relevant work, education and community domains.
Places for this World Café style event are limited so please reserve your ticket now. The AITD SA Divisional Council look forward to seeing you at the Duke of Brunswick Hotel on the night.
