Tessa is the founder of Circle Round (a consulting service specialising in engagement, human-centred design and assessment) and ROCK Booth (a 'tech for good initiative' which designs digital solutions alongside the humans they will serve). Tessa is an experienced consumer advocate, who has spent almost 14 years working as an advisor in healthcare, specialising in outcome measurement and patient voice.
