Sharon is the founder and owner of Persuasive Presentations. She has a knack for making the complex simple and believes that ‘passionate people persuade’ and that to make your message stick, you need to balance information with delivery style. As an award winning speaker and salesperson, Sharon uses her skills to help people become persuasive and influential speakers. Sharon works with individuals and organisations from a diverse range of industries across Australia and overseas.
Carmen Garcia | CEO & Managing Director, Community Corporate
Carmen is the CEO and founder of national award-winning diversity and inclusion certified social enterprise, Community Corporate. Operating in the niche space of corporate social responsibility, they specialise in recruitment with a social conscience and corporate volunteering. In 2021, Community Corporate won National Social Enterprise of the Year at the Australian Small Business Champions Awards. Fondly known by her peers as the 'Diversity and Inclusion Warrior', Carmen is a well-regarded social entrepreneur driven to make a profound economic and social impact through work.
David Christian | Chief Operating Officer, Australia, SkyCity Entertainment Group/GM, Adelaide Casino
David holds thirty years’ experience in management of casinos and hotels, with the past twenty being in executive management and general management positions. David has a track record of setting marketing strategies to promote and vastly improve operations, emphasising a strong focus on excellence in customer service. Fiana Wei | Managing Director & Organisational Psychologist, Adaptive Psychology
Fiana is the founder and managing director of Adaptive Psychology and is an experienced organisational psychologist, consultant and human resources practitioner with over 10 years of expertise working in the private and public sector. Fiana has a broad range of experience working with people in diverse roles ranging from blue collar workers to senior executives and chief executives.
Leanne Brus-Bentley | Director, Workforce Strategy and Improvement, Dept of Education SA
Leanne is an accomplished HR/organisational development leader with operational, business and organisational development experience across a range of organisations, locally and nationally. An energetic and passionate presenter and motivator who clearly identifies HR needs and develops and delivers effective solutions. Leanne is a strong and inclusive leader who is adept at motivating and guiding teams through periods of organisational growth and management/cultural change.
