Learning European Style

Learning can look very different from one person to another, from one department to another and from one country to another.  What works in one region or country may not work in another.  Conversely, what works in one region or country might represent best practice and something that can be adopted elsewhere.

Sven Becker is a board member and part of the executive leadership of imc – a learning business that has been delivering systems, content and consulting to global organisations for over 25 years.

Sven will share some of the learnings he has had engaging with some of Europe’s leading companies including the likes of Lufthansa, Daimler Mercedes and Zeiss to name just a few.  Sven will touch on important developments in learning including how the concept of play and games are helping people learn more intuitively and in a manner that enhances enjoyment and retention of the knowledge being delivered. 

This will be an interactive session where you can engage with Sven and gain some insights into how companies in Europe are winning with their learning journeys.  Some key learnings include:

·       Insights into best practices coming out of Europe

·       Get a better appreciation of how play is so important in learning

·       Get insights into where technology is going in learning

·       Understand what new tools are available to help develop dynamic content
