Fiona Maggs

Fiona is a leadership specialist who develops ambitious individuals so they can achieve the business results they demand, the work culture they desire and the personal successes they deserve. For the first 30 years of her career, Fiona held general management, sales and strategy roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Unilever, Pizza Hut, RFG and The LEK Partnership strategy consultancy. She is now a Principal with AcademyGlobal, President of the AITD NSW divisional council, facilitates for leading training organisations, and has direct corporate clients.

From her roles managing P&L financials, Fiona has become focused on ensuring training delivers the development and ROI required. Participants love how she brings concepts to life from her extensive work experiences, the highly interactive case studies, and how she adapts to suit the cohort’s interests and skill levels. Her programs are founded on neuroscience, adult learning and change management principles. Her passion is to create learning that sticks.
