Join us in an interactive event – “Resourceful Learning: Creative Problem-Solving with SADL” – where we will be energised by a panel of L&D experts from the Army, Air Force, Navy and Defence Learning Branch, who have tackled real-world L&D challenges.
Using the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) - a customised ADDIE approach - our expert panellists will present challenges they have encountered in making L&D happen in Defence contexts using minimal resources.
The audience will engage in collaborative problem-solving and propose solutions before the panellists share their successful approaches and respond to Q&A.
