Think Tank: Getting Future Focused in L&D (SA Division)

Upskilling for the future is integral to sustainable and successful organisations, but how can we prepare ourselves and employees and where do we start?

You’re invited to Think Tank: Getting Future Focused in L&D – a collaborative and interactive event where you will connect with fellow L&D professionals to begin looking forward.  This workshop will encourage you to discuss and reflect on what are widely considered required skills for the future of work. 

We will explore how L&D can support the future of work through focusing on:

• What are the skills on the rise and what’s our understanding of these skills?
• How are they impacting work and L&D?
• How can we continue to upskill and reskill people to be ready?

Using various brainstorming prompts and drawing on your personal expertise, we will begin planning for the future and building our professional toolkits by sharing lived experiences with these skills and getting creative with solutions, together!
