Join the movers and shakers in L&D at AITD's first 'fishbowl' event. What is a fishbowl? It is an interactive presentation where the audience play as big a role as the panellists in discussing the topic!

Recognised commentator and thinker in the fields of workplace learning, Donald H Taylor (who will join the discussion via live stream), and founder and instigator of the fishbowl concept, Trent Rosen, will lead a panel of L&D experts as we explore transforming the future of learning.

The topic is extremely relevant to all L&D professionals; key take-aways include:

About our presenters:

Trent Rosen | Director, PSK Performance

Trent Rosen has dedicated his career working within organisations (private and public) both locally and internationally to enrich learners experience by developing learning solutions to support and increase capability and performance in the workforce.

In 2016, Trent initiated the first ever fishbowl experience in Sydney and Melbourne and has gone to extend this forum to the broader learning community in Brisbane and London. His belief is professionals are far more engaged in retaining information through rich and interactive events that provide healthy collaboration and sharing of experiences.

His experience in the events industry includes working in London for Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills Group, along with the American Society Training and Development (now ATD) in the USA.

Donald H Taylor | Author and L&D Commentator

Donald H Taylor is a veteran in the fields of learning and development and learning technologies, with experience at every level from design and delivery to chairman of the board.

A recognised commentator and thinker in the fields of workplace learning and supporting technologies, Donald is committed to helping develop the learning and development profession. From 2010 to 2021, he chaired the Learning and Performance Institute.

A core part of Donald’s commitment to the profession is what he calls ‘creating spaces for meaningful conversations’. To support this, he has chaired the Learning Technologies Conference in London since 2000, hosted its bi-weekly webinar programme since 2007, and contributed to other conferences worldwide. His annual L&D Global Sentiment Survey, now in its ninth year, attracts responses from thousands of respondents in over 100 countries.

He is the author of Learning Technologies in the Workplace, a graduate of Oxford University and, in 2016, was awarded an honorary doctorate by Middlesex University in recognition of his work developing the L&D profession.
