Bo Hanson
Bo Hanson has been working within sport and business for over 25 years, delivering leadership, management, coach, and team development. In addition to his own athletic career, comprising of four Olympics and including three Olympic medals, he has worked for many years with coaches and athletes from over 40 sports, and various countries, as well as organisations across Australia in the business, education, and resources industries. His ability to develop individuals and teams to be their best and translate high performance across contexts is a testament to his ability to understand, connect, design, and deliver exceptional work.
Anneli Blundell
As an expert in Communication Dynamics, Anneli helps people get heard at work. Whether it’s being heard by the Board or the boss, getting through to other colleagues, speaking up in meetings or discussing tricky topics, this is about building conversational cultures where people feel seen, heard and valued at work. Affectionately known as the People Whisperer, Anneli is an award-winning professional, sought-after for her keynotes and workshops that humanise the leadership landscape and build conversation and connection at work. She’s also the author of several books on shifting human behaviour and loves any meal cooked by someone else.
Michelle Ockers
Michelle is the co-founder and Chief Learning Strategist at Learning Uncut, dedicated to driving innovation in L&D. Through Learning Uncut, she helps organisations to maximise the potential of their people, by enabling a continuous learning mindset and designing impactful L&D strategies. She is also host of the popular Learning Uncut podcast series, interviewing L&D leaders and practitioners to shed light on contemporary practices by sharing real-world case studies. Michelle was the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s Learning Professional of the Year in 2019, and also received the 2019 Internet Time Alliance Jay Cross Memorial Award for contribution to informal learning.

Vanessa, with 15 years in learning and development, has been at the forefront of shaping L&D strategy, programs, and designs within organisations. As the founder of Nexperk Learning, she's known for pioneering large-scale learning programs and with an eye on experience.
