Angela Williamson - Strategic Coach/Chief People Officer – Chorus Australia
In her day job, Angela Williamson is a Strategic Coach and wears the Chief People Officer “hat” for Chorus Australia, a home and community care provider offering services across WA. Chorus was recognised as the 2024 AIMWA Pinnacle Award Winner for People & Culture in recognition of its commitment to nurturing more autonomous and self-organisation teams, so Angela offers a novel perspective around developing a culture of candour in a non-hierarchical operating model.. Angela is also a partner with the Institute for Developmental Coaching, and she loves to explore how a “vertical lens” adds a valuable new dimension to our leadership and coaching practice, individually and at a systems level. She is an avid and eclectic learner and her learning adventures have included, the Harvard Kennedy Art & Practice of Leadership Development Program, The Global Being a Leader Program, Warm Data Lab Host Certification and the Dancing with Mountains Inquiry. She also loves the ongoing adventures of parenting a neuro-spicy kid, figuring out how to grow a garden in Perth and leaving the house without wearing her golden retriever.

Matt Brown - Leadership and Team Coach at MattBrown.Coach
