
Michelle Ockers is the Founder and Chief Learning Strategist at Learning Uncut, helping organisations build high impact L&D functions. Michelle brings a combination of practical experience, strategic thinking, and a laser-focus on aligning learning to business goals and needs. She is an experienced instructional designer and facilitator who has developed and delivered learning programs and complex change initiatives in manufacturing, supply chain, financial services, defence and telecommunications industries.
Michelle’s project management experience includes large-scale Defence capital acquisition programs, managing a portfolio of projects in Coca-Cola Amatil’s Supply Chain Technical Training Academy, through to smaller projects on specific learning initiatives.
She hosts the Learning Uncut podcast, sharing case studies of real learning solutions. Michelle was the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s Learning Professional of the Year in 2019, and also received the 2019 Internet Time Alliance Jay Cross Memorial Award for contribution to informal learning.
