Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated contribution to the Learning and Development (L&D) profession.
- At least 5 years of experience relevant to AITD’s mission, for example as a professional in training, learning and development, and/or organisational development
- Undergraduate qualifications (AQF Level 7) in L&D or any related discipline (e.g. Training & Development, Adult Education, E-LearninEducation, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Vocational Education & Training, Coaching) or equivalent
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinating, selecting and developing training courses
- Managing the professional development program
- Providing course and event related communications
- Managing the business unit
- Supporting AITD conference and award events
