AcademyGlobal (AG) is seeking a qualified Program Manager to lead our Vocational Education programs and a team of trainers and assessors at AG.  We currently offer a number of qualifications in partnership with UQ Skills, the RTO of the University of Queensland, including Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs.  This position is part-time, 3 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely or from the Sydney CBD office.

The Program Manager will lead across the following key areas:

• Ensure the development of engaging, aligned and compliant curriculum and assessment material across our Vocational Education programs
• Establish a culture of professional practice and ongoing reflection, to ensure continuous improvement of course curriculum and teaching programs 
• Oversee and ensure the set-up and maintenance of assessment handbooks and feedback to students across our qualifications, including reviewing teacher feedback to students
• Manage and maintain a records management system to the VET quality framework (VQF) standards
• Lead a culture of professional practice and development

Desirable Skills and Qualities

• Current Vocational Education and Training qualification e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 
• Familiarity with web content accessibility
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior VET experience and knowledge of Work Placement practices would be desirable
