About Me

I am a people leader and I love challenging, helping them grow, develop and succeed! Having these three skillsets allows me to see opportunities and understand how to navigate the steps. I have spent 20 years working in Foodservice, FMCG & Retail, car rentals and technology as a sales professional, leader and coach. ​

If you remember that moment as a kid when somebody asked you "what did you want to be when you grew up?” for me it was an historian, a soldier or a podiatrist (no idea why). I decided on soldiering for the adventure and ended up going into sales, a career path that has been so much fun. The challenges and demands gave me the opportunity to not only work in Australia and New Zealand, but the Middle East and Africa (if we meet, trust me, you'll hear about the camel selling, the train rides across the Congo and a gingers adventures in Saudi Arabia!).

After a career of managing high performing people, I shifted into coaching and mentoring and I now get to impart my own personal experience onto others. As a recognised and qualified sales and leadership coach and mentor of over 500 professionals, I like to give those who are often overlooked, the Middle Management and Territory level superstars an opportunity to receive coaching and mentoring.

I am the CEO of RiseUp Group that specialises in Coaching, sales, leadership, Culinary and Operations in Foodservice, FMCG, Health, Institutions and Aged Care. RiseUp customises, develops, and deliver non-traditional solutions that future-proof, create growth and return on investment.
