As the Leadership & Learning Co-ordinator, you will be required to:

  • Work collaboratively with Instructional Designers to schedule, prepare, support delivery, record participation, communicate with participants, create and manage surveys for learning activities (virtual learning, venues, room and equipment set-up, participant enrolments, attendance, evaluation completions, printing and distribution of learning resources) within defined timeframes.
  • Manage and administer ASIC’s Learning Management System (Learnhub) including creating and uploading learning resources, archiving learning resources, data entry, reporting, LMS trouble shooting, logging and managing support requests with ASIC’s LMS provider.
  • Produce and coordinate reporting for teams across ASIC and other ad hoc reports.
  • Support Leaning Consultants/ Instructional Designers with procurement activities, manage contracts, Purchase Orders and invoicing management for the team.
  • Manage the workflow of Leadership & Learnings service desk tool, including reviewing queries, responding to them or allocating them to the relevant team member.
  • Develop copy to promote learning activities across the organisation via the weekly newsletter hosted on SharePoint and other communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver learning solutions nationally.
