Michelle Ockers is a widely recognised and award-winning leader in learning and development, known for transforming workplace learning cultures and enhancing performance through innovation. As Founder and Director of Learning Uncut, Michelle helps organisations craft high-impact L&D strategies. She uses GenAI daily in her own work and coaches L&D teams on leveraging GenAI to enhance learning strategy development. As host of the popular Learning Uncut podcast, Michelle has featured numerous conversations about real-world GenAI applications in L&D, showcasing case studies of transformative learning practices across industries. In 2019, Michelle was named the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s Learning Professional of the Year and also received the Internet Time Alliance Jay Cross Memorial Award for her contributions to informal learning.
