Tony Sloman is an accomplished facilitator, coach and leader in his own business. He has developed a powerful learning methodology, The EMPOWER Model, which informs much of his work. EMPOWER is about enabling leaders to show up with authenticity and influence in high-pressure situations.
Tony studied at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London where he was awarded the principal’s prize for outstanding achievement. Aside from giving Tony the opportunity to perform in places around the world, his education and experience as a professional actor has enabled him to develop a powerful process for overcoming performance nerves and self-consciousness. Tony also holds qualifications in executive coaching, training and assessment, a diploma of professional acting and a Bachelor of Science (IT, accounting, psychology and philosophy) from UNSW.
Tony has delivered learning solutions to some of Australia’s largest organisations and government entities. He has coached and facilitated many business leaders and entrepreneurs to connect with their purpose, elevating their influence and conquering their fear of ‘showing up’.
Tony is proud of his connection to AITD, both as a facilitator and an active member. He enjoys ocean swimming throughout the year, meditation, public speaking, the performing arts and, most of all, time with his treasured family and friends.
