The AITD 2020 L&D Survey
AITD recently issued a survey to gain more understanding of the effect of a pandemic on the L&D industry. The survey, consisting of 19 data-driven questions, and 21 free text questions, has left us with a kit full of knowledge and a better understanding of how organisations handle business in the middle of a pandemic.
A very big thank you to all who participated - we received an enormous amount of support, with over 1,500 responses.
